These are the core programs related to the construction process. The CI Certified Technical certifications may be
used for Building Inspector Cross Training, Examination Preparation for Inspectors, and Continuing Education
for all Contractors.
The specialty programs related to construction operations, management, and maintenance. These certifications
are recognized throughout the industry as a measure of advanced competency for the certified card holder. Each
course can be used by all contractors for up to 21 hours of Continuing Education.
